Oliver Sacks: what Visual Hallucination reveals about our minds

This an highly interesting talk by famous neurologist Oliver Sacks. He is an excellent storyteller, using empathy, anecdotes and humor.

Oliver helps us to understand what visual disorders reveal about how the brain works.

He wrote a book called The Mind's Eye. The book contains case studies of people whose ability to navigate the world visually and communicate with others have been compromised, including the author's own experience. You also can listen to Oliver Sack's Interview about Mind's Eye on NPR's Podcast
