This Video, is a graphic recording of Professor Philip Zimbardo’s talk at the RSA ( Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) that reveals how our individual perspective on time affects our work, health and well-being. It's part of a series of several videos, called RSA Animate, available on the RSA's website
This stunning Recording was carried out byCognitive Media, a UK based company specializing in Visual Synthesis Techniques.
Wow ! Thanks Philippe, for this impressive video ! The technique is awesome and I agree 100% with the importance of the rewiring of our children brains : we need an educational revolution as big and dramatic as this cultural revolution. Or a majority of kids will "stay behind" as Bush educational program said... And it is less a matter of material than a question of active pedagogy. You cannot expect kids to swallow passively what the teacher say : they have to experiment, they have to express themselves... Our societies need a new XXI century education to cope with new technologies, with globalization, with multicultural and multilingual environments. Or they won't be able to compete with areas like Asia which is already on the move...
