Finally I used Lino It to centralize various elements of my Digital Identity : email, web site and blog addresses , keywords and some photos. Once created your public profile's board, Lino It provides you a URL that you can communicate to your friends and contacts. As an example, you can check out here is my Lino It's public profile:
